In the dialog box that appears, make sure that the version number begins with
6.0 or later.

Explorer download site.

Follow the instructions for downloading and installing the software.
Download .NET Framework v2.0
Download Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
Note : Windows 2003 user no need of
downloading above supporting files.
